1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Swifttor’s services, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the services.
2. Services Description
Swifttor provides managed AI services, including chatbots, voice agents, automations, and CRM integrations. Services may be fully automated and rely on third-party AI providers.
3. Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older
Services are available to both individuals and businesses
You represent that you have authority to bind any business you act on behalf of
4. Payment & Billing
Services are offered on a subscription and/or usage-based model
Billing occurs monthly
A 2-week trial may be offered at our discretion
Partial refunds may be issued on a case-by-case basis
Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination.
5. User Responsibilities
You agree not to:
Use the services for illegal activities
Send spam or unsolicited communications
Impersonate others
Violate intellectual property rights
Abuse or attempt to manipulate AI systems
6. AI Output Disclaimer
AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or biased
Swifttor does not guarantee accuracy
You are solely responsible for decisions made using AI outputs
7. Intellectual Property
Swifttor retains ownership of all platform technology, branding, and systems
Clients retain ownership of their original data
AI-generated outputs are jointly owned, subject to these Terms
Swifttor may use anonymized data to improve services
No rights are granted beyond those expressly stated.
8. Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you:
Breach these Terms
Misuse the services
Create legal or security risk
You may terminate at any time. Upon termination, client data is deleted unless legally required to retain it.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Swifttor is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Total liability is capped at three (3) months of fees paid
10. Dispute Resolution
All disputes shall be resolved through arbitration, governed by the laws of South Africa, Western Cape.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa (Western Cape).
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
